Returns & Exchanges

At GOTA, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

10-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the hygienic protector in perfect condition, all the tags, in its original packaging and all accessories that accompany it without any indication of use. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@gotaswim.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions

Please note that items purchased on Sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund. However, size exchanges are allowed if the desired size is available in stock.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note that the cost of the initial and return shipping will not be refunded upon return.
